Early Move-in Policy

Almost all leases start in the middle of August. Unless we are able to get your apartment ready before your start date, then you cannot move in early.

We typically have a 9-10 day grace period to turn a unit over and get it ready for the new tenant(s). Should someone move out early and terminate their lease we will turn that unit over quickly and notify you when it is ready.

Should we get your unit ready before the start date written on your lease we will charge you an early move in fee which is pro-rated based on the total monthly rent multiplied by the number of days you are moving in early. The amount due is not calculated on a per person basis.

Our staff will not meet the movers and be responsible for making sure everything gets unloaded.
